PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required at time of purchase. We accept all forms of payment in store, including cash, debit, interact or credit card. All the sales are final and no money is refunded under any circumstances. If you are not happy with the product then exchange or upgrades are available under some conditions and balance of accounting to be taken care as per price difference.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You are free to cancel your order, prior to delivery or pick-up within 24 hour of purchase. After 24 hours you can reselect your product any time prior to possession without penalty or request a refund with a 10% administration fee. Mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once the product is accepted and paid. Once you have taken possession of your mattress and you are not happy with your purchase, you can within 24 hours of possession re-select with a 10% restocking fee or return the product with a 25% restocking fee plus 40 dollars delivery fee. (applicable only if the product is in original packaging)
Any mattress sizes except single, double, queen and king are considered custom size. There is no refund or exchange on custom size mattresses.
All furniture sales are final sales. No return/refund or exchange on furniture once product is accepted and paid for.
If a refund has been authorized, please note the following
- All refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will either be credited to your account, or be available in store. You will be informed via our customer service team regarding the same.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
By using our website, you agree and understand that all resources we provide are “as is” and “as available” This means we do not represent or warrant any of the following
- the use of products will meet your needs / requirements
- the use of products will be secure and free of damage
- the information obtained online by any of our sources will be accurate or reliable
- any defects in the product will be repaired or replaced
- no information received through any of the resources whether expressed, implied, oral or written shall create any warranty or guarantee or conditions of any kind except for those discussed and informed at the time of purchase

However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. Mattress To Door does not guarantee that products and services advertised on our website will be available in stock either at the time of purchase or afterwards. Mattress To Door does not commit that the information is accurate and complete.

The product descriptions and specifications provided on the website are for informational purposes only and are strictly for your convenience only. Although we believe that the information is accurate, and we responsibly update the information on our website, these descriptions and specifications are provided to us by the manufacturer's and suppliers and Mattress To Door does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information.
COLOR OF PRODUCTS
We make every effort possible to display the products as accurately as possible. However the actual colors might differ a little and we do not take accountability on exactness of the colors.
The Fabric of our Mattresses might also change time to time, this will be subject to availability and stock of the fabric.
GETTING YOUR PRODUCT
Our delivery option provides you with great value which is much more than just delivering your product to your home. Our standard Free Delivery across GTA and nearby areas is 48-72 hours, and for other areas is within 1 week of placing the order.
If you need to change your original delivery date, please contact us to re-schedule, allowing at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, or if you’re not home when our delivery team arrives, an additional delivery fee will be payable before we can re-schedule. Pickup from our warehouse can be arranged with a prior approval. When your order arrives, please inspect the product carefully. We’ll be glad to resolve any issues as soon as possible. However, you do have up to 24 hours after delivery to let us know of any concerns. Simply call us at 905-863-4566. In the event that you find or detect any damage, you’ll need to report the problem within 24 hours to our Customer Service team and return the damaged item with the packaging to the original pick-up location for resolution.
POST SALES SERVICE
We stand behind the products we sell and provide in-home and in-shop warranty service for our customers. If you encounter any difficulties during the Manufacturer’s Warranty or Product Protection Extended Service Plan Warranty periods, please call us right away at 905-863-4566. Our team will schedule an appointment to send our technician to inspect and repair the product. If for some reason we’re unable to make a repair, an exchange or re-selection may be requested from the manufacturer or warranty provider, at their discretion.
CLEARANCE
All clearance product is sold “as is” and without a manufacturer’s warranty (excluding appliances that will come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty). No returns, re-selections or exchanges of clearance product are possible.
* Open Box products have been inspected and are in functional condition. No exchange, refund, or cancellation can be made once purchase has been made.
* Mattress To Door will hold a final say in case of any disputes.
- Mattress To Door may in its sole discretion change and for any reason, discontinue, modify, restrict, suspend or terminate the terms of conditions or any part of it without any notice or liability to you or any other person.
